All of our products come with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused over time.

60-day returns & exchanges
You have 60 days from the time you receive your order to make returns or exchanges online or at any of our branches.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with its original tags. For underwear and swimwear, the hygiene protectors must remain intact.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. If it was a gift and you have the receipt or gift ticket, you can exchange it for another item.
